Description

Job Responsiblities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field (preference given to candidates with prior HR experience).
  • Good understanding of BC Employment Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong command of both spoken and written English.
  • A team player who is well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as ADP or ApplicantStack, would be an advantage
