Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate after-market service projects and agreements from initiation to completion. This includes budgeting cost, scheduling service visits, maintaining progress trackers, and ensuring timely submission of documentation
- Serve as a vocal point of contact with customers, seek clarification on their service requests and follow up after visits as needed
- Work closely with service team to ensure all service documents are completed, reviewed and delivered in a timely manner and up to company standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of after-market projects and documents in records management platforms
- Anticipate administrative needs and provide day-to-day support to internal teams, including managing communications, schedules, and document control
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- A MBO 4 degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong computing skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven project management abilities—organized, goal-oriented, detail-focused, and able to handle shifting priorities with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while staying collaborative within a close-knit team
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills, with the ability to align tasks to business goals and deadlines
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in verbal and written English is required
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed
