Position Scope

We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support key HR operations with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support. This role will independently manage high-volume plant operations recruitment while also supporting technical hiring. The HR Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for plant operations roles (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation).
  • Support recruitment for technical and engineering positions, including candidate sourcing and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to support timely and effective hiring decisions.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, system setup, and orientation scheduling.
  • Arrange HR orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Liaise with internal teams (IT, Payroll, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding.

Offboarding

  • Coordinate employee exit processes, including documentation, system access removal, and final pay coordination.
  • Arrange exit interviews and support feedback reporting.
  • Ensure accurate completion of offboarding procedures and records.

Payroll Support

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, overtime, and employment changes.
  • Liaise with payroll team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to basic payroll-related employee inquiries.

HR Administration & Projects

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters and job change confirmations.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Experience in plant or industrial recruitment is an asset.
  • Exposure to payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong proficiency in English and ability to speak Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS and ATS systems is an asset.
